Le 17, j'ai "Processed through USPS Sort Facility" / July 17, 2013, 11:44 am / CHICAGO, IL 60666
Since International First class mail is not tracked or traced, we are usually unable to determine how or at what point a specific piece of international mail was lost or delayed in transit. However, we suggest after 30 days that you initiate an inquiry by calling the International Inquiry Center (IIC) at 1-800-222-1811.
The information you provide will be directed to the appropriate U.S. International Exchange Office for processing with the destination Postal Administration.
For future mailings, the Postal Service offers Global Express Guaranteed (GXG). This service is not only the fastest, but it is tracked and insured. GXG is now available to many countries; check with your Post Office™ about country availability. Thank you for your time.
