Re: partage fichier opentx pour arduplanne
Salut

o me, its a no-brainer...
-proven reliability...thousands more hours flown on the firmware base over the years dedicated at the outset for autonomous flying
-largest developer community
-more flight modes
-greater ability to tune and customize flight characteristics and behaviour
-many,many more waypoint types, including autolanding, POI, jumps, rally points, multiple landing sites for RTLs
-full support for more airframes types, including IC engine and quadplane, VTOL,thrust vectored
-terrain following
-LIDAR support
-ability to fully control airframe via GCS: joystick, fly to here, dronies, etc.
-ability to upload missions during flight
-complete telemetry of system variables as well as HUD info with logging
-ability to handle multiple aircraft
-ability to control accessories like gimbals and camera triggers integrated into mission planning
-support for not only planes/copters, but rovers, subs, vtols, helis, quadplanes, thrust vectored, etc.
over 10 years ago I started with RVOSD and Ardupilot back in the APM days, then to iNav due to its lower cost but always longed for the much much greater functionality of AP, so in the last year I have moved everything (8 planes) back to Ardupilot when CHIBIOS allowed porting to any low cost F4 AIO board with 1MB memory....
- Inav does not implement EKF(?)
- Inav most likely will suddenly disarm and crash your drone (that's what happened to all of my friends) ) Probably solved but still scary )
- Much more friendly developers. I had problems communicating with Inav developer.
In my opinion Inav has no feature after Chibios came out.
